Serial diluted anti-SSTR2 monoclonal antibody (28122) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-SSTR2 monoclonal antibody binding with SSTR2 full length membrane nanoparticles is 86.2ng/ml. |
