Background: The protein encoded by this gene is a B-cell specific antigen, and a low-affinity receptor for IgE. It has essential roles in B cell growth and differentiation, and the regulation of IgE production. This protein also exists as a soluble secreted form, then functioning as a potent mitogenic growth factor. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene. |

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human tonsil tissue using 211018(FCER2 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/40(Cytoplasm). | In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human tonsil tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 211018(Anti-FCER2 Antibody) at dilution 1/40. | The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human cervical cancer tissue using 211018(Anti-FCER2 Antibody) at a dilution of 1/40. | In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human cervical cancer tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D122067(Anti-FCER2 Antibody) at dilution 1/40. |
